No hot water in the bathhouse sinks, water had to be boiled for everything, including washing my face. The site overlooked Lake Champlain so it wasn't a bad site, just lots and lots of wind coming off the lake. This place is a paradise, free dating in which we told the owners several times.

This is a decent campground in very nice location. After explaining we would not fit into the site they sent a gentlemen to see for themselves. Campsite was on grass with a picnic table and fire pit.
